Terms of Use

Effective date: October 2026

Canada eTA Assistance is a private, independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). You can apply for an eTA directly on the official Government of Canada website at canada.ca.

About these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website and the services offered on it, which are operated by Canada eTA Assistance (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or purchasing our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Browsing this website is free. If you purchase our service, you also become a customer, and these Terms apply to that purchase.

Our service

This website offers:

  • Information about Canada’s Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), who needs one, and how the official process works, based on publicly available information from the Government of Canada;
  • Paid guidance and support to help you understand the requirements and the official process, so you can complete and submit your own eTA application with confidence.

You complete and submit your eTA application yourself on the official Government of Canada website. We do not fill in, receive, review, store or submit applications on your behalf, and we do not represent you before the Government of Canada.

We are not a law firm or a licensed immigration representative, and nothing on this website is legal or immigration advice.

Fees and government decisions

  • Our fee is for our guidance and support only. It is not a government fee and does not include the official eTA fee, which you pay directly to the Government of Canada when you apply on its website.
  • All eTA decisions are made solely by the Government of Canada. We cannot influence, speed up or guarantee the outcome or processing time of any application.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter in your own application.

For any question about your purchase, including refunds or cancellations, contact us at info@canadaetaservice.com.

This website and our service are intended for adults with the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the laws of their country. A parent or legal guardian may use our guidance to help with a child’s eTA. We may block access for users who do not meet these requirements.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our service. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top, and applies from the date it is published.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest of these Terms will remain in effect. If we do not enforce any right under these Terms straight away, we have not waived that right.
