Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is one of our priorities. Consequently, we offer our customers the option to apply for a refund in the event that they are not satisfied with our professional services.

By making a payment, you agree to our service and payment terms and conditions. The following are the service and payment terms and conditions:

  • Immediate Processing Consent: By making a payment you expressly consent to the immediate processing of your Canada eTA application, after which the statutory right of withdrawal will no longer apply and the fee will become non-refundable, subject to the exceptions set out in the refund policy below.
  • Full Refund for Immigration Refusal: A full refund will be issued if your application is formally refused by Canadian immigration authorities (IRCC), provided that the refusal and refund request occur within 30 days of payment.
  • Refund Insurance Option: If Refund Insurance is purchased, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment for any reason, excluding the Refund Insurance fee itself.
  • Free Re-application: Free re-application for a new eTA is provided where necessary within 30 days of payment.
  • Priority Processing Refund: If Priority Processing is purchased, the associated fee will be refunded only if we fail to meet the agreed processing timeframe.
  • No Refunds in Other Cases: For all other instances, including a change of mind, accidental submission, voluntary withdrawal, or temporary circumstances beyond our control (such as brief Government system outages), the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
  • Service Delivery Definition: For the purpose of defining service delivery and payment obligations, the service is deemed fully performed from the moment the eTA application enters the processing stage with Canadian immigration authorities (IRCC). However, customer support will continue until the eTA is approved and beyond.

If the customer support department accepts your refund request:

  • The refund will be issued within 72 hours from the receipt of the request via the same payment method that the customer has used to pay for our professional services.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the customer as soon as the refund has been issued.
  • Depending on the customer's payment entity, the refunded amount can take up to ten (10) business days to be received.
